Numico Research Australia (NRA) is a specialised research and development company. Our staff and advisers are qualified and experienced specialists in:

Based in Adelaide, Numico Research Australia is a fully owned subsidiary of the Dutch Royal Numico group, which employs 12,000 people worldwide, and is the leader in specialised infant and clinical nutrition.

We supply and have research links to most of the major paediatric hospitals in Australia. Our Gastrogard-R_® product is exported around the world and remains the first and only effective passive immunity product for prevention of rotavirus diarrhoea. We are at the leading edge of passive-immunity product development.

All our products are manufactured from colostrum or milk from quality dairy farms in Australia and overseas. All our suppliers must comply with quality control standards equal to the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.

Our Adelaide factory facility has been specifically designed and built to manufacture to the most demanding pharmaceutical requirements. We are licensed by the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service to export dairy products (AQIS reg. est. No. 1001), and by the Therapeutic Goods Administration for manufacture of the pharmaceutical Gastrogard-R (TGA 372).
